Watch the sun set over conservation land and water with distant views of neighboring Tuckernuck island. Walk down sandy lane to bay beach. 7 Minutes to ocean surf beach.

This home is an upside down house. The house features almost all original artwork - there are many Nantucket paintings by owner's family.

1st floor - center hall and stair to second floor, Master bedroom with queen bed and single bed with private bath, 2 nd bedroom with two twin beds, 3rd bedroom with two twin beds, shared bath, sitting room with TV and doors to deck

2nd floor - Living Room with wood stove, dining area and kitchen , 2nd master bedroom with bath, second floor deck running width of house with water view to west, and stairs to ground.
