This is one of Nantucket's great historic houses! Built in the 1760's, it has been lovingly maintained and has been recently updated (1998), but it retains all the best historic features - wide floor boards, large fireplaces, winding stairs, and paneling. The house is set up for family living while honoring its past.

First Floor : Front entry,stair, study on the left (fireplace), dining room on the right (fireplace), large eat-in kitchen off the dining room with 6 burner stove, large "keeping room" now serving as family room with large fireplace, winding back stair, back hall, powder room, master bedroom (queen canopy) , private bath with tub and separate shower.

Second Floor: Stair hall, bedroom with double bed on left with shared bath (tub, shower), bedroom on right with two twin beds, back stair, back bedroom with double bed, bath with tub.

New Family room at Lower Level.

Firewood supplied for use in the "keeping room" fireplace.
