"Lookout"

Quidnet's "Lookout" provides the extended family lots of open space inside and out. This four Bedroom home sits on a spacious lawn perfect for lazy afternoons in the hammock or three-legged races with the children and all the cousins. “Lookout” is a short walk to the beach. This home combines a large open and sturdy interior space in the Nantucket style of an upside-down house. There is lots of wood, white and blue…… It sleeps eight (8) with 2.5 baths and has parking for 3 cars.

Living Area – Has 360 degree exposures to the ocean, Quidnet pond, Sankaty light beacon, west towards the moors and north, from the exterior deck. The living space includes a wood burning stove, a large screen TV, half bath, a large desk, and ample seating. The large dining table accommodates eight with lots of elbow room. A wood staircase, with open treads, leads to the lower level.

Lower Level – The large screened in porch, rare on Nantucket, adds “outdoor living” space. There is a large laundry room with plenty of lawn and beach toys. There is a full bath in hall with shower. Master Bedroom has a King and full bath with tub. The Guest Bedrooms include: One Queen, Two Twin Bedrooms, each with two twin beds.
