House has a new sunny deck with a table for outdoor eating, private hedged yard, and off street parking for two cars. There is a new shed for bikes and beach equipment. Outdoor shower is off the master bedroom porch.

1st floor : Entry hall, Living Room with TV, Family room, Dining Area, Powder Room, Kitchen, Master bedroom with separate tub and shower.

Second floor has four bedrooms. a twin bedroom (2 twins) , a single bedroom with one twin, and a bedroom with a double bed. Shared bath with tub/shower, and a brand new master bedroom and bath.

House is nice and light, fresh and ready for your family. Has beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, lobster pot. A great vacation value!
