This Tom Nevers family home has room to spread out for the entire family. There are two living areas in the walk out basement, a living room on the first floor with a cathedral ceiling, and four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Then add the numerous outside sitting areas and you have separate areas for each age group to gather if you like. South facing deck is filled with sun during the day.

Use of tennis courts is included in the rental fee! Also there is a basketball hoop so you can keep in practice.

There is a great view of Sankaty lighthouse from the front porch!
