This house is all about the water views. The house is situated on a bluff overlooking the beach.
There is a new exterior stair which leads from the deck to the patio below. Inside, the house is an an upside down house. You enter on the second level, where you will find an open living room, with a kitchen and dining room, with a master bedroom and bath on the same level. There are decks off the dining room and the master bedroom. There are three bedrooms downstairs, with two baths. The house has central air throughout. Access the beach is from association stairs that are close by. Great views. It is hard to find this combination of price with beach access and views!
