This historic home captures the elegance and charm of old Nantucket with all the modern conveniences. Built in 1846, this renovated Greek revival style home is on a cobblestone street only two blocks from town. House has high ceilings, large bedrooms and lots of light-living room and family room on the first floor and two bedrooms with full bath. Large eat-in kitchen includes pine farm table, separate TV room with high-speed computer and full bath. Second floor has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and central air conditioning. Side yard with outdoor furniture and gas grill. Furnishings have the feel of Nantucket - antique pine, cottage chests, quilts and chenille, country kitchen. This is in a perfect in-town location, yet on a quiet street. Terrific location to walk to shopping, restaurants and all activities in Town, and within walking distance to town beaches. House is ideally suited for wedding guests, family reunions or two families.

Location: Only a 5 min walk to Children's beach and 10 min to Jetties. This is a Sunday through Sunday rental.
